This was a beautiful project. It is not always possible to implement a large amount of animation without it being distracting. In addition, it is definitely not always possible to work together with the photographer and models.
I wanted to show how a woman's face transforms when applying makeup. Almost immediately, the idea of dependent scrolling and changing photos came up. After approving the concept with the client, we went to the studio and started shooting. However, it turned out to be incredibly difficult to catch the same head position as in the previous take. We shot everything, but I was not happy with the result. As soon as the photo was replaced by another, you could see the movement of the head to the side. I kept thinking about what to do, I decided to apply an animated effect, known as a curtain, which would cover the previous photo for a second. And voila! It all worked. This is how the screen of the first animation was conceived.
